Development of a complete touch-point plan and conversion strategy for a customer upgrader campaign. Targeting various buyer types, offer testing, follow up trigger emails, A/B testing, and the use of animated GIF’s. We found that including a quick survey question – which asks if a buyer is interested in purchasing soon and communicating to those “HOT” users differently than with the ones who didn’t answer – produced significant lift.
