Smile Brands Inc. practice management platform provides comprehensive business support services to more than 1,300 dentists and hygienists practicing in over 360 Bright Now!® Dental, Monarch Dental®, and Castle Dental® offices in 18 states.
For Smile Brands, we used Ext JS and Sencha Touch framework to design and extremely user friendly and intuitive interface that would allow users to navigate large amounts of content quickly and efficiently.
A few key components of this dental practice management system include a complete office interface, all patient data, periodontal charting, call center screen-pop, office scheduling, billing and more. Cohesive and consistent screen designs we’re implemented for all levels of the business from a lead coming in through Google AdWords, patient showing up in the office for treatment, payments, and future patient retention including lifetime value.
